Where will the out-of-doors fire art and performances be located?
The out-of-doors fire art, fire performances, music and revelry will be at the end of the box canyon, near Bridal Veil parking on Saturday, December 3 starting at 5pm. A free Telluride Express shuttle across from the courthouse will take guests to the event every 15 minutes. Just a two-mile ride. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $35. Dec. 3, $40 at the shuttle stop. This is a family-friendly event. Parking is very limited at this venue, and parking passes are required. Parking passes must be purchased in advance here.
If you have already purchased your ticket, you will need to stop at the box office tent to get your wristband before going to the event.
What free stuff is available during the Festival?
December 1, 5-7pm
Gallery reception and exhibit showcasing local Dan Gundrum’s fabulous creations
December 3 & 5, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm
One-hour partner hooping, lyra, silks workshops in the program room at the local library. Sign up is required as space is limited due to Covid-safety protocols. Sign up details will be available by October here.
Can I spin fire during the Festival?
Yes, but you must send in an application by November 5. Please email erin@telluridefirefestival.org with a link to a video of one of your performances. Then, you will be provided an application to fill out. Thank you for your interest.
Where is Hospitality?
In the Shack-To-Hell-U-Ride across from the courthouse, on Main Street in Telluride. You won’t be able to miss it. It looks like a miner’s shack on wheels. Open Thursday-Saturday, 11am-4pm. You can get a program, buy tickets or logo’d swag or just hang out for fun on this unique Burning Man Mutant Vehicle.
Where can I purchase tickets if I don’t want to buy online?
Tickets can be purchased at Hospitality, the Shack-To-Tell-U-Ride, on Main Street, across from the courthouse at Elks Park in Telluride.

Where can I park for free?
Click here for Mountain Village parking info. The parking garage at the 3rd leg of the gondola is free during the day.
The skiers parking lot in Town next to Chair 7 is also free for day parking only, no night parking.
How do I get around town & where do I park?
The free town shuttle (the Galloping Goose) drives a loop around town every 15 minutes and stops where there’s a Goose sign. The free gondola is located on Gus’s Way and Oak Street and will take you up and over into the Mountain Village as well as to the top (mid-station) to attend the Fire Ball.
Daytime parking is free at the base of chair lift 7 on Pacific street.

I want info about the free town shuttle
Free Town Shuttle Bus called the Galloping Goose stops at every bus stop (if people are present) and runs a loop around town— going east on Pacific Street and West on Main Street — every 15 minutes. For guests attending to Resurrection on Saturday night, the Goose stops at Gold Run, which is 1 1/2 miles from the event. This last shuttle stop at the east end of town ends at midnight. A face mask is required to ride.
Can I park at Resurrection on Saturday night?
Yes, you can park at the event site if you purchase a parking pass in advance and display your pass on your dashboard. Pick up your parking pass at Hospitality, located across from the Historic Courthouse on Main St., anytime between 11-4. However, parking is very limited and we encourage you to take our free Telluride Express bus for the 2-mile ride. The bus meets across from the courthouse (look for the Hospitality tent) on Main Street every 10-12 minutes beginning at 4:45pm. If you have trouble finding Hospitality call the Happiness Manager, Diana 404-395-8918.
How do I get to Resurrection on Saturday night?
You can take the free Telluride Express shuttle across from the courthouse (look for the Hospitality tent) to the event. It runs every 10-15 minutes and is just a two-mile ride. The shuttle starts running at 4:45pm on Saturday night.
To get on the shuttle you will be asked to sign a Covid contract tracing waiver.
If you live in Rico or Norwood, you can take our free Telluride Express shuttle to and from the event and then take the 9pm SMART bus home.
Can I get my wristband at the venue Saturday night?
No wristbands will be available at the venue entrance on Saturday night. You will need to purchase and/or pick up your wristband at the box office tent in town, across from the courthouse, or from Hospitality between 11-4, also located across from the Courthouse. The free shuttle bus is also located next to the box office tent.
